Facebook is a tool to help increase interaction between your and your customers. When planning to exhibit at a trade show, make sure facebook is included in your list of marketing strategies. Here is the most effective way to use the social website to help boost traffic at your booth
1. Create a business page by going to: http://www.facebook.com/business/?pages
2. Customize the page to your liking
3. Click go live (if you make changes to your page with out clicking this button, your page will never go live.)
4. Create a trade show event. Include the name of the show, operating hours, and location. This will let people know that you will be exhibiting at the show.
5. Add a note saying "mention this facebook group and get 10% off your next order"
6. Share the site with your friends
